Shipping and Returns Policies

Orders placed after 2:30pm PST may not ship until the next business day.
We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
If your order requires additional information to fully process, please contact us through email.
Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order(s).
You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been shipped.
Information about any back ordered or cancelled items will be included as a separate email.

We offer store credit for returns only.
Orders are eligible for a return if the items are received back to Jessie and Sky within 14 days of the customer receiving the product. We do not issue refunds for returns or exchanges. Merchandise must be returned in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered, fragrance-free) with original tags still attached. Please include the return form in your package or return will not be accepted. Shipping will not be issued a credit unless there is an issue on our end. Once we have processed your return you will receive an email with your store credit. Please allow 3 business days to process your return. 
What if I want to exchange an item?
Our inventory is limited to ensure we always have a variety of styles to choose from. Therefore, we cannot guarantee we will have the exact item still available once we receive your return. We can only exchange for the same exact item but different size. We are not able to exchange or hold different items. If you need a different size, please note that on the return form and we will fulfill your order if the item is in stock. If the item is not in stock, we will send you a credit and notify you through an email.

- Exact colors of merchandise may slightly vary on products due to lighting, photography lenses, and monitor resolution. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay to return shipping if a return to our boutique is attempted.
